Terms & Conditions

1) ​We have a no cash, card or bank transfer refund policy - Any refunds will be processed as a credit note/gift certificate - You will be required to provide proof of booking or purchase for any action to be taken.

​

2) You are required to bring proof of identity (driving licence or passport) to your first appointment with us - Your service will not be carried out without your physical ID being provided - Your appointment will be cancelled and you will be required to pay a 50% cancellation fee to rebook your appointment.

​

3) Please be on time for your appointment as we have a strict late policy - Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your ​appointment - Lateness of 10/15 minutes or more (dependent on the service) can result in the cancellation of your appointment and a 50% charge to reschedule or time deducted from service if you're less than 15 minutes late and the service allows for time deduction.

​

4) Cancellation due to lateness/rescheduling made less than 48 hours before treatment will incur a 50% cancellation fee (this includes packages) - You will be charged 50% of the original cost of the individual treatment, not the sale price​.

​

5) When rescheduling your appointment it must be rescheduled within 14 days from the date of cancellation to avoid paying full price for a new booking.

​

6) You must come alone to your appointment - No children or additional people are allowed.

​

7) For most services we give a 15-minute grace period however the time will be deducted from your session. 

​

8) You must be over 18 to book a session with us.

​

9) 10% VAT is added to all bookings and purchases.

​

10) If you purchase a package of 3, 5 or 10 sessions and change your mind about completing your package for whatever reason and would like a refund (all refunds are done via credit note/gift certificate, not cash, card or bank transfer) for the remaining session(s) you did not have from the package, the session(s) you did have will be converted to single session(s) as splitting up a package will revert your treatment back to its single price as appose to its discounted package price.​

11) Ensure to avoid booking your Yoni Cleansing (or any vulva treatment) around the time of your period to avoid having to reschedule as you will be charged​.

​

12) You must provide proof of purchase for refund (credit note/gift code only, no cash/card/bank account refunds) with any of our products or gift certificates.

​

​13) You cannot cancel your appointment and receive a refund, we can only reschedule your appointment.

​

14) A gift card/gift certificate/gift code cannot be used to pay the rescheduling fee.

​

15) A gift card bought using an offer/discount cannot be used to book treatments or anything on discount as this combines offers, which is not allowed. Gift certificates bought on sale/using a discount can only be used on full-priced services or offers.

​

16) The deposit paid online will be deducted from the total service cost. 

​

17) Yoni Cleasing and other intimate treatments in the vulva area CANNOT be done while you're on your period. If you come to your appointment while on your period, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be required to pay a rescheduling fee to reschedule your appointment.

​

​18) We do not carry out face-to-face consultations without an appointment booked.​  ​

​

19) Once a booking/payment has been made it cannot be changed to an offer/discounted price.

​

20) You are unable to have a discount applied to your existing booking which did not exist at the time of your booking.

​

21) If you failed to enter a discount code during checkout we are unable to apply your discount or refund you. 

​

22) If booking a treatment for someone else, you must inform us and provide the person's details when making the booking​.

​

23) Late payments can lead to a late fee of £10 per day/the cancellation of a package/service.​

​

24) A booked appointment cannot be changed or transferred from one person to another.

​

25) Giveaway winner(s) must claim their prize within 24 hours of the winning announcement.

​

26) Giveaway winners must have their treatment within 4 weeks of the winning announcement and it cannot be rescheduled.

​

​27) If you have won a treatment in our giveaway and cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice you will not be able to rebook that appointment, your treatment prize will be void and you will be required to pay for a new booking if you would still like to have the treatment. 

​

28) You must be 18+ & living in the UK to enter any of our giveaways.

​

29) One entry per person for any of our giveaways.

​

​30) Pre-booked appointments can not be transferred to a gift card.​​

​

31) You can reschedule an appointment a maximum of 2 times even if it's within our notice period, on the third attempt of rescheduling your appointment your appointment will automatically be cancelled, you will not be refunded and you will have to make a new booking. 

​

​32) You may experience a delay in receiving your items due to the delivery company which is out of our control.

​

33) We are not liable for any delays with your order.

​

34) We are not liable for any loss or damages from the courier.

​

35) Do ensure to read the ingredients of all products before purchasing.

​

36) We have a no refund or exchange policy regarding products purchased on our website due to infection control.

​

37) Failure to follow our guidelines and terms & conditions will lead to the cancellation of your appointment and a 50% charge to reschedule it.
