Returns & Refunds Policy

Damaged Items:

• Notify us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item. Please include a photo of the damage.

• After contacting us, you will receive a return address. The item must be returned within 7 working days. Obtain proof of postage from the post office.

• Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund for the original item price and return postage via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Change of mind:

• You have 14 days from the receipt date to change your mind about a purchase.

• Contact us before returning the item.

• We will provide the return address. Obtain proof of postage from the post office.

• The item must be returned in its original, unopened, and unused condition. Items not in perfect condition will not be refunded.

• You will be refunded the original purchase price only, excluding the original and return postage costs.
